Rachel Kemble Ryan Ross
Managing Investigator

Ryan Ross has been digging up information for some of Colorado’s top trial lawyers for more than six years, and before that he was an investigative journalist for more than two decades, treating the powers that be like a piñata. Ross is licensed through the state of Arizona (Lic. #1561125).

Michael Basler
Basler has 12 years of experience as an insurance claims investigator, as a staff member with an insurance firm (Republic Indemnity in San Diego) and with claims administrators (Frye Claims Consultation and Administration and Frank Gates Claims in southern California). He has investigated hundreds of workplace accidents. He was a licensed private investigator in California. He moved to Colorado in 2000.

 

Dennis Gavalier
Gavalier has 28 years of law enforcement experience as a detective with the major investigations unit of the Broward County (FL) Sheriff’s Department. He led hundreds of undercover operations, seized records amounts of contraband, several as a technical advisor to several TV shows, and won several public service awards. He has extensive experience with sophisticated enforcement techniques, including electronic surveillance and intelligence data processing. He moved to Colorado in 2000.

Specialties: workplace, undercover and security investigations, surveillance.

 

Rachel Kemble

Rebecca Richardson
Richardson has experience in insurance, corporate and not-for-profit environments. She is a licensed property/casualty adjuster and has successfully investigated and settled more than 8000 catastrophic residential and commercial claims. Richardson is licensed in 18 states and can work in additional 17 states that do not require licensing. She has investigated sexual harassment complaints for three corporations, including Colorado. While an officer for a life insurance/annuity company with assets exceeding $8 billion, she uncovered an embezzlement of more than $200,000 that resulted in the dismissal and prosecution of a corporate chief counsel. Richardson served as the President and CEO of a Denver non-profit (Girls Incorporated of Metro Denver located in west Denver), and was a civil rights investigator for the state of Kansas. Richardson holds an MBA from the University of Kansas.

Specialties: insurance claims investigations, workplace investigations, sexual harassment.

Surveillance operatives
RCS retains some of the most experienced surveillance operatives in Colorado on a case-by-case basis.

Associate Investigators
