Richardson is licensed in 18 states and can work in additional 17 states that do not require licensing. She has investigated sexual harassment complaints for three corporations, including Colorado. While an officer for a life insurance/annuity company with assets exceeding $8 billion, she uncovered an embezzlement of more than $200,000 that resulted in the dismissal and prosecution of a corporate chief counsel. Richardson served as the President and CEO of a Denver non-profit (Girls Incorporated of Metro Denver located in west Denver), and was a civil rights investigator for the state of Kansas. Richardson holds an MBA from the University of Kansas.
