Fees
INITIAL CONSULTATION: free if by phone; otherwise travel expenses only.
INVESTIGATORS:
Managing Investigator: $85/hr.
Principal Investigators: $75/hr.
ADJUSTORS: Negotiated, either hourly or daily rate, or as percent of settlement.
TRAVEL /WAIT TIME: $50/hr.
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT: $50/hr.
EXPENSES: All expenses are billed at cost, except for mileage, which is billed at the standard IRS reimbursement rate.
