Investigators:

• Identify, locate and interview witnesses.

• Interview the claimant.

• Interview the insured.

• Conduct surveillance.

• Activity checks.

• Obtain law enforcement records.

• Obtain medical records.

• Take photos.
  

Adjustors:

• Investigate claims, determine liability, negotiate settlements and prepare and submit paperwork to close the files.
  

Reports: Reports are concise and easy to read, and have attached as exhibits all pertinent documentation.

Invoices: Invoices detail all work performed, to the quarter hour. Receipts are provided for expenses more than $50.
